What does Mitgliid cost?

0.5% per payment plus a plan from €29 a month, depending on how many members you have. Every plan includes every feature. You pay Stripe fees directly to Stripe. Prices exclude VAT.

Can I try Mitgliid first?

Yes, free for 14 days. After that from €29 a month, cancel monthly.

How do I get paid?

Your members pay through your own Stripe account, by card, SEPA, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes to you, not to us.

Can I move from another platform?

Yes. You import members from a CSV, they log in with a link and paying members keep their billing date. We move your videos, lessons and texts for you.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany. The data processing agreement is included, and you can export your member list as a CSV at any time.

What does the AI tutor do?

It knows every one of your videos because they are transcribed. Members ask in plain language and get the answer with the lesson and the minute.

How many people fit in a live call?

Up to 100 participants, right inside Mitgliid. If you like, only members of a premium tier see the dates.
